Shipping & Return Policy

Our standard shipping to Puerto Rico and the United States is complimentary for orders totaling $100 or more after all deductions, including taxes, coupons, vouchers, and sale discounts. Additional charges apply for any shipping beyond standard, including expedited options. Should you require 2nd Business Day or Next Business Day shipping, please reach out to us for a customized quote.

While we make every effort to deliver your gift box on your specified date, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time due to factors beyond our control. Despite our commitment to prompt shipping, unforeseen circumstances such as shipping delays or inclement weather may impact delivery times. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery or any issues arising during the shipping process.

Our warehouse operates on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from 10 am to 5 pm EDT, with a shipping cut-off time of 12:00 noon EDT. Please be advised that we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and official holidays in Puerto Rico, and annually from December 24th to January 3rd.

Domestic packages are typically dispatched within 1 to 3 business days upon receipt of payment. In the absence of a specific delivery date selection, your gift box will be shipped within 3 business days of order placement. Shipping durations in United Sates vary based on the destination, with estimated shipping times as follows:

  • Midwest: 1-2 business days
  • East Coast: 2-3 business days
  • South: 3-4 business days
  • West Coast: 4-5 business days

Once we hand over your package to the carrier, we are not liable for their actions, inactions, or timeliness. We refrain from guaranteeing delivery times as USPS, UPS, and FedEx no longer assure delivery dates except for next-day air services. Any delays in package delivery due to circumstances beyond our control are non-refundable. If you request a signature upon delivery, additional charges may apply, potentially leading to delays if the recipient is unavailable to sign for the delivery.

Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number enabling you to track the estimated delivery date and monitor your package's journey. Unless the package's contents value necessitates it or you request a signature at delivery, no acceptance or signature is typically required. In cases where no signature is mandatory, the delivery driver may decide whether to leave the package at their discretion, for which we are not accountable.

Selecting a Delivery Date
We have introduced the option to choose your delivery date to indicate your preferred arrival time. Please note that while we strive for timely deliveries, we cannot assure exact delivery dates. Transit times and deliveries may experience delays. Consequently, we do not issue refunds, provide discounts, or accept returns for gifts affected by transit delays, as these delays are beyond our control. Kindly contact us for any special delivery requests.

While we endeavor to ensure punctual delivery of your gift box and aim to meet your selected date, we cannot guarantee precise delivery dates due to external factors like shipping delays, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. Please anticipate possible delays, particularly during peak holiday seasons. We disclaim liability for late deliveries or any issues arising during the shipping process.

Note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Lost or Damaged Items
Despite our best efforts, items may become lost or damaged during transit. Should your items be lost or damaged during shipment, kindly inform us within 48 hours post-delivery and furnish any requested supporting details. We will collaborate with you and the shipping carrier to file a claim and expedite resolution. Additional charges may apply for any special packaging requests. While we take precautions to secure and safeguard your items, factors like extreme weather conditions beyond our control may cause items to melt or degrade during transit, for which we assume no liability.

Cancellations
We take pride in our prompt order processing, with many orders shipped shortly after receipt. Consequently, cancellations may not always be feasible. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us promptly, and we will endeavor to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not viable. Please be aware that all sales are final, and exchanges or refunds are not permitted.

International Shipping
International shipping is currently suspended.

Returns
All sales are considered final and are ineligible for exchanges or refunds. No exceptions.

Lost or Damaged Items
Despite our best intentions, items may be lost or damaged during shipment.

In the event of lost or damaged items, if you notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or scheduled delivery in the case of lost items) and provide any requested supporting details, we will collaborate with you and the carrier regarding any claims against them.

Non-Deliverable Return Shipments / Refused Shipments
These situations may arise due to incorrect addresses or receiver refusals, among other reasons. If your order, shipped via UPS or USPS, undergoes multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts or is declined upon delivery, or if the sender-provided shipping information is inaccurate leading to a return, we will reship the package either to you or an alternate address of your preference. Rest assured, we will notify you promptly. Upon furnishing an updated valid shipping address, we will repackage your gift and dispatch it anew. An online invoice will be emailed for payment. Following payment, we will repack your gift and arrange for reshipment, incurring a repacking fee of $15.00 and a shipping fee determined by package size, weight, and destination, alongside a $25 return shipping charge imposed by UPS and passed on to you. Upon notification, we await your response for 7 days. Failure to respond or remit payment results in the package reverting to the ownership of Lyre Decor. Regrettably, we do not refund non-deliverable shipments.
